functional desk breakfast selection

The staff was helpful . they provided clear directions to nearby attractions and metro stations. the room included a functional desk area and readily available power outlets. I found this practical. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit. a small, but appreciated touch was the complimentary water station near the lobby.

the elevator was a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

luxury bedding quiet courtyard convenient location

the rooms featured luxury bedding (i slept so well!). clean products were provided. i had a balcony in the courtyard, and it was very quiet at night. the location is near the main train station and a metro stop.

the historic lift can be a bit small (if you don't like small spaces).

Wonderful Roman Holiday!

great location friendly staff

The location was fantastic.. so close to the train station. The breakfast crew was especially great, always smiling and ready to help. I also loved the little courtyard, a perfect spot to relax with a drink after a day exploring.

The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could sometimes hear hallway noise, a bit disruptive.

The staff were smiley, polite, and very helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Their genuine care, and I appreciated the warm hospitality. They are a credit to the hotel.

The hotel had a real authentic Italian feel, decorated tastefully and really clean. The little courtyard was such a nice surprise, where I sat every evening after getting back for a drink. It offered a calm retreat.
